## 1. Scope

These terms apply to plauder.party and - once available - the chat service. The operator is a **private, non-commercial project** (not a legal entity).

## 2. Use

- Minimum age: **16 years** (or higher local minimum)
- No illegal content, harassment, or spam
- No abuse of infrastructure (e.g. scraping, DDoS, malware)

## 3. Availability

The service is provided **without warranty**. Maintenance, outages, and data loss are possible. Back up important content separately.

## 4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, operators are **not liable** for damages from use - except in cases of intent or gross negligence. This includes content posted by other users.

## 5. Moderation

We may remove accounts or content that violate these terms - without prior notice.

## 6. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page.

## 7. Governing law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction - where permitted - is the operator's residence (TODO: city).
